Content Writers: Number Required 13 (combination of Sr, Mid and Jr levels)
Candidate Profile:
o 0--3 years of writing experience, preferably in a software company
o Good command over English
o Worked on creating various types of technical documents, such as User guides, installation guides, and online help.
o Should be able to work independently
o Interface with client
o Can do audience analysis, and help team understand audience and client requirements
o Ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
o Provide estimations on new requirements
o Help in developing writing styleguides
o Manage and mentor junior writers
o Review work of junior writers
o Define training requirements
o Ability to visualize supporting graphics for documentation (process maps, flow diagrams etc.)
