Job Requirements:

Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate should possess excellent analytical and Logical skills.

Candidate should possess basic knowledge of computer hardware

Candidate should possess knowledge of Ms Office.

Candidate should possess team spirit.

Candidate should be a graduate in any stream

Compulsory Night shift

B.E not required.


Shift Timings: 7p.m. to 4a.m.

Responsibilities:

Candidate shall be required to process service transactions as per requirements.

Candidate shall be required to interact with clients on a daily /weekly / monthly basis

Candidate shall be required to generate and maintain reports.

Candidate shall be required to suggest improvements / BPI's for the sub-process or for the entire process

Experience:-

Age Bar: -Below 30 years

Work Location: Ghatkopar
