- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Query Resolution and providing solutions for the Customers.
- For a Collections Process.

Desired Profile :
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Flair towards customer orientation.
- Prior International Calling Experience will be an added advantage.
- 15 Years of regular College/School education.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Should not have attended the interview with TCS in the last 6 months.
