Design & Delivery of Technical Specification document for J2EE projects.

Design & Delivery of Technical Specification document as per schedule. Quality of the document.

Knowledge build across the team.

Number of creative ideas.

Performance tuning of application.

Good analytical skills to identify key issues and provide solution design.

Desired Profile:

Design Lead -5.5 - 7 yrs experience.

Sr.System Analyst -4 - 5.5 yrs experience.

Should have good working knowledge in Design Patterns
Very strong in core java.
Good in Analytical skills
