Job Description :
- Expertise in managing WINDIOWS 2003/ Windows XP/ Desktop OS
- Strong Asset Management & Vendor management skills
- OS , Patch, Antivirus management
- Knowledge of Networking

Preferred skills:
- Windows server & Linux server Management
- Should have knowledge of email server & client configuration
- Candidate should possess excellent teamwork, communications, Interpersonal skills.
- Candidate should posses ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks concurrently, time management and strong project management skills
- Should possess excellent diagnostic skills; ability to quickly learn and apply new skills to work area and adapt quickly to changing technical and business requirements.
- Good Documentation and concise presentation of solutions is necessary.

JOB Profile:
- Candidate will be required to work in shifts. Work comprises of managing subcontacted vendors, Desktop support, printer support, trouble shooting and problem resolution.
- Asset management, Evaluation of new technology/products, User Management, Backup configuration
- Configuration of group policies. Installation of Application and configuration, OS Hardening.
- Checking the latest critical patches and updating the same on all Desktops & Servers in timely manner.
- Ensuring desktop security as per IT policy.
