Skill Set:
Experience with Java and J2EE technologies particularly Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) development
Experience with Oracle, Weblogic, XML/XSL, Web Services, UML and Linux OS
A passion for hands-on technical problem solving
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a very big plus
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Knowledge
* Object Oriented server-side development and Object Oriented Design with special reference to multi-tiered environment.
* Mentor engineers to improve design and implementation skills.
* Excellent communication skills. Must be able to translate general, high-level notions into concise designs.
* Write production quality code in Java and J2EE while meeting implementation deadlines.
* Experience as a design lead on a high volume transactional system
